I can't thank you enough for your help, Scott - as always.
Looks like Customer Service has given up the ghost as well - I told them the result of the Windows reinstall Friday morning and I've heard nothing since.
So it looks like, unless I get myself a new computer, that's it for me and WGT - I can't play mobile, not in any competitive way, so I'm not going down that route.
I'll pop in and see if you've had any brainstorms but if you can't help, and CS is stumped, I don't see where this can go 😕
