However i can't help you JD if i don't know your settings.
First of: You need to set up the game (Sources) to game capture mode and specific window, not fullscreen as you are doing now.
I need screen shots of your settings: Output and video sections which will find on settings.
Finally, the external red line on the frame means that you were sharing your screen while recording. Did you?
So, Mr.Yiannis some good news (and just a little bad news) The good: between your video, a little research "OBS and old antiquated laptops" I believe I searched.... and some (surprising) patience by yours truly, it seems (99%) I WILL in fact be able to record my round on OBS ! I did have it recording WGT but all suggested settings would still have my meter turn to "Chop Suey" eventually I found settings that allowed me to record with a silky smooth WGT meter.. it seems as if one of the major issues for me was the linking of OBS to twitch when I am on JUST the launcher and OBS I'm good to play, now the recording saves automatically to my pc (i'm sure that's common knowledge) I can then do what I need to with recording.
