    I somehow managed to buy the same club twice, in a moment of panic I sold one back, and emailed looking for help. It's been 2 days and no response, anyone have any idea how long it will take for me to hear? 

    Iis it reasonable to hope I'll get the credit balance refunded for one club? I really like it and want to keep it.

    I sent a message to Nico via Discord. He should be able to help. You may have to wait till Monday.

    Actually you didn't purchase the same club twice. Yes you purchased The Vokey 56 degree twice but because they are different level clubs and have different stats they are 2 different clubs.

    Did no one cjheck his activities and notice he purchased the level 27 + 56 degree Vokey on the 17th and the next day the 18th he purchased the level 76+  56  degree Vokey. Not actually the same club.

    True, but it's still pretty obvious that the purchase of the L27 Vokey wedge was a mistake.  It's still worth talking to Nico to see if he can reverse that transaction.

    Nico is WGT's "Community Manager", in other words, he is responsible for all the credits you use up on balls, going after Goals & Achievements, and highly recommends you purchase the Premium Membership. However, he is also the one who is very helpful to members and can assist you in, hopefully, getting a full refund.

    He did reply to my message. He said he would look into it on Monday.
