Has anyone tried, or had any luck with asking Support to set player status to Veteran for them?.
They just respond with "They are aware of the issue and is working on it"
Support has little to no access to " owner tools ". As an owner with various corrupt " owners tools " . I messaged them no less than 100's of times . They were always " working on it " .
When we went to transfer ownership . We ( he and I ) did everything proper . Prearranged our usernames , names , emails with WGT . When we did the transfer . He ended up with almost no " owners tools " . Including changing status . Ultimately contributed to the closing of the CC . ( among other things ) .
I know it is possible and has been done successfully a number of times . Not in our case . I always had some issues from the beginning . I know other owners do as well . I think if that is the case . It can only get worse .
I believe it is tied to the same multi media system that the very corrupt millions of repeat and corrupt accounts that have never been cleaned or cleared or deffraged , deleted , maintained , serviced ever since the beginning . I can't imagine the mess that is .
