    I behooved. Long ago.

    Then I came on here to alert folk that it's a prob.

    Then I saw Cas's post.

    Then I replied to it.

    Then I replied to him tellin me it's not a "support" page.

    Now I'm replyin to you tellin me that.

      Okay . The best way for admin to get the idea that a certain or serious glitch or error is prevalent and needs attention . Is for everyone who is experiencing it to post it in these forums continually . Over and over .

      But that does not always get any answers .

      If there are no answers for it here in the forums . And you want an answer .

      Then message Admin yourself . Maybe a couple few times . But remain mature and polite . You will eventually get an answer .

      Probably before someone posts one here .

    "There is a known issue where this Club membership type is experiencing an issue and our team is looking into this issue."

     

    Prayerfully they have better luck finding a solution than they did when looking into our "invisible country club" issue. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

      Yes , but it is called poor management , false advertising , misleading , bad hindsight and foresight .

      They also made it clear , this is not a support forum .

      This is an open discussion forum .

      Where most often . Some of the very informed , long timers , and many random players . Are able to help provide the answers one is looking for .

        Helping to make this Forum a success for many who would otherwise not get answers to their questions .

    Almost 6 months since the last post here, & since the above comment from Support saying "we are working on it"

    Has anyone who had this problem found a solution> I am using PC & Android & have tried multiple browsers in an attempt to be able to promote members to Veteran, but simply get the same error message posted above.

    Contacted support over 24 hours ago, but have had no response yet.

    IDK if there are still the 3 dots on your CC homepage next to each member . If that is what you are clicking and getting the error . Then you might be totally screwed .

    24 hours is not long enough . 2 maybe 3 days at the outside . You should receive an automated message . Stating that they received your inquiry and someone will be contacting you . Or something like that .

    I know they are extremely busy . If you don't hear something in 3 days . Look in your sent folder in your email . Click on the same email you sent them . Click reply . Ask them if they have had a chance to look at your issue yet .

    I don't mean to alarm you when I said " you might be totally screwed" . But if you say there is a response that says

    " since the above comment from Support saying "we are working on it".

    That's not a good sign . Owners tools and features can sometimes become corrupt .

    But I am sure you will get it fixed .

    The owner of my CC has the same issue. Customer service told him that they are aware of the issue and are looking in to it. In the meantime a work around is to transfer ownership to someone else temporarily who is not getting the error message when changing someone  to veteran, then transfer ownership back
