Changing status to Veteran

  I have a couple of players I'd like to promote to Veteran but can't seem to do so.  Every time I try, I get an error message reading -

  Oops! An error occurred while updating the title.

  I'm able to to change the status from recruit to member and member to director just fine, has Veteran Status been removed?

  I still have veterans and can change members to veteran.. . Using iPad, if that matters.

  PC and Android here, I get the same message on each.  Thanks for the reply though!

  This ain't a support forum but a users' forum. You'd have to address them, like @pdb1 proposed.

    If you are having the same issues . It would behoove you to write member services yourself .
