    andyson:
Its a PITA to do this, but I leave them open and seldom reboot so I do it once in a while only.

Write a script to handle it, and deploy it after a reboot, and before playing - it would be a huge time saver.

You might give 360 Amigo a try also. I tried GameBooster and it didn't work for me. The 360 Amigo free version is doing a great job

The other game I play is very graphics intensive and they have superb writeups on how to optimize your system for game play.  If you like send me a pm (with current operating system) and I'll copy and paste them to you in a reply.  The tech admin there is top notch and he's not led me wrong in six plus years of playing

77 or so processes running during gameplay? Sounds like a lot.  I'm usually in the 50's.

If anybody is looking for a gaming rig I have a guy I highly recommend.  He's built two for me and they are fantastic.  His customer service is beyond top notch as well.  But bring your wallet.  They aren't inexpensive.
