   The rule is, in order to move up from legend tier to tour legend tier. 

  You have to have 500 ranked rounds and a average you have to have is 60.00.

   I met the requirement with 504 ranked rounds and i have a 56.6 average.  

  So what am i missing?

  Yes, I did read what you wrote. But as I wrote, the 500 required rounds have to be 500 rounds at Legend tier (emphasis added). 

  You appear to have 504 total ranked rounds. That number should include rounds from lower tiers and not just rounds from Legend tier. 

  The rule is not simply having 500 ranked rounds. Each tier has its own requirement of ranked rounds played at that tier.

  For clarification: None of that has ever been stated officially, e.g. in the FAQs, as it's not in their interest to let us know. It has all been observed, calculated, discussed and collected by users since the system and Legend tier were introduced in 2010. Trial & Error has been involved as well as modifications and amendments.

  I tried the calculation with no success lol, I'm not doing something right.

  I just shot a 58, my average is 57.74, it didn't change at all, does that mean I'm close to saturation? Or no?

  I also tried coin game suggestion, couldnt get a 4 decimal point average. 

  Any suggestions?

  To figure out how many ranked rounds you have at a specific tier:

  First you will need a baseline for your average that is to the 4th decimal. For example 59.4310. This will be you baseline. You can find the baseline after playing in the coin room. Your avg should be displayed in decimal form.

  Second you will need to play a round of golf. Let’s say you play 9 holes and put up a 27. You will need to double the number to get to a 18 hole number. This will be a 54 off of a 9 hole 27 score. After you play this round you will want to see what your new average is.

  Let’s say your new average is now 59.4034. You will need to take your baseline number of 59.4310 and subtract your new average of 59.4034. In this case the number would be .0276. From here you will take your new average 59.4034 minus your last round of 54. This equals 5.4034. Take the 5.4034 and divide it by your drop in average(5.4034/.0276). This will give you a number of 195.77. This is how many ranked rounds you have in your current tier.

  Can someone explain to me the need for progressing past Legend, level 102?  At Legend, you are hitting from the Champion tees and at level 102, you have access to all of the equipment in the Pro shop.  Am I missing something?

  It is actually your average to the 5th decimal, not 4th. You have to get your average to the 5th decimal by following the steps I outline.  In order to see your average to the 5th decimal, after playing a ranked round, play a coin room. Then check your average on the game app, in your club member list. It is the only place I am aware of that displays your average out to the 5th decimal (that you can see).

  I also checked my new average:

  

  60.58267 - 60.58133 = .00134

  My new average less my last round is -1.42 rounded up (60.58133 - 62).

  No worries whether it is a negative or positive number (math works the same).

  I take the 1.42/.00134 = 1.059.7

  I have played approximately 1,059 games at my current tier, Tour Legend.

  I am saturated, my average will not go down with bad rounds. It can only go down when a good round replaces one of my higher scored rounds (used by wgt to calculate my average)

  Saturation at Tour Legend is 750 rounds. At this point, I am slowly creeping toward Champion.

  Are you checking following playing in a coin room? Try playing in coin room, then play a ranked round and check again. If that does not work, play another coin room round (following the ranked round) and check again.
