I asked the same thing when I first started with posts and emails to WGT, but no one could give me an answer that worked. Anyway, I figured it out for myself eventually.
I use Firefox and the Fast Dial add-on for my favourites. I had added WGT to my Fast Dial probably when I was part way through a game and I don't think the web address was correct for entry into the right point in the game. I deleted the Fast Dial entry and re-added it with the page set to http://www.wgt.com/gameclient.aspx
I suspect it would be the same principle if you were using other types of bookmarks. Hope this helps you as it worked for me.
