Putting stats

  Wondering if anyone knows what the putting stats mean....for example 

  0-5 foot : 43.05 %,

  5-10 foot : 11.67 %,

  10-25 foot : 6.52 % ,

  25-50 foot : 0.96 %,

  50+ : .09 %  

  ??????

  Your percentage of making putts from those distances.  It also shows the advantage of getting approach shot as close as you can.

    Agreed, but I believe most of us can make more than 40 something % of 0-5  footers......probably at least 60 %

  True but only after the learning curve so to speak. None of us had great putting stats from any distance when we started and it takes made putts for the percentage to go up very much.

  A quick review of our top 10 Earning Leaders (all Ledends and near the 90 Level) indicates they are all within the 40-50% range for 0-5 foot putts...the highest percentage being 48.16.
