Hey DMM... you get all that for $100?

Not a very good bottle of wine there...lol

But to answer your question, usually 20%.

The clams, shrimp, scallops and  linguine were caught in the pristine waters off the West Coast.  The sulphite-free wine is from vineyards near Sonoma.

    Do you tip here?

Snaike... ahh, I had BirdieButton and his dinner mate sipping just one glass of pinot grigio apiece.  And the $100 tab was to utilize a nice round number.  Yes, if this was at the French Laundry I realize the check would be closer to $200.  Upon which I'd tip $44.  Damn!  That would buy alot of GI-SD balls!

    Try harder kids.

Make an effort to belong somewhere in life and see how that works for ya  :)

You do not speak for anymore than 10% of players here concerning golf balls  or other related price issues.   Forum is deserted for most part and the people just passing through dont like confrontation.

I mean put up a vote to settle it.   Yes or No vote.  Yes you care about reality of game to point you will keep putting money in for balls to "simulate"  "wear n tear"?  Or No I dont care about that I want  cheaper balls that last until I go out of bounds, water etc.

If there was ever a non bias vote like this done with enough  costumers  I think we all know the outcome.

Ahh BirdieButt... I think we've achieved the bottom line:  You're just cheap.  Glad I don't know you in real life.  Cheap people are so boring.  Looking for value, now that's a different thing.

I just now read through this thread. It's a good laugh! lol

I like the vapor balls. Just bought some.

I'll tell you what's completely hideous; those new avatars! EEyyuck!!

Why not a new avatar with some wide leg (cream) pinstripe khakis and a Ralph Lauren polo with the collar up.. and thick messy hair. That's how I kick it on the links. lol.

    Or how about genre avatars...

›thug avatar (pants hangin' low and sideways hat)

    ›yuppie avatar (3 piece suit)

    ›rockstar avatar (bandanna and tattoos)

›popstar avatar (sequins and a white glove)

›whore avatar (tight miniskirt and bright lipstick)

›military avatar (full dress decorum with patches and rank)

›bum avatar (ripped up and soiled clothing, long nappy hair)

›cowboy avatar (cowboy hat and gun holster)

›slacker avatar (plaid shorts and a tee shirt)

›senior avatar (old guy who looks like he's swinging a baseball bat when he hits)

› barbie avatar (plastic porn for kids)

› kung fu avatar (traditional tie up uniform with sash)

› irresponsible husband avatar (toting a baby on a baby backpack)

Also.. why are there only 3 general ethnicities in the avatar selection. It would appear that there's only caucasian, latino, and african. What about Asians, East Indians, Native Americans, Middle Easterners, and Pacific Islanders?

    lol

Seems like our friend Birdiebutton would be more comfortable with some Starkist Tuna sandwiches on the pier while sharing a bottle of Thunderbird...  No tip necessary.

Oh, and your vote is silly BB.  This is a commercial enterprise... they can charge what they want for whatever they want.  All you can do is not buy them if it doesn't suit you.

If you don't like it, don't buy it.  Either way, stop whining about the cost of virtual golf balls because nobody is taking you seriously.
