Here in TV land we have endless replays, which showed that the player was not offside, but a boot length onside. We know Sports are slow to adopt the technology that would insure more fair play. This will come to soccer eventually, as it has to American football and tennis. In the meantime, we have something to moan about.
Another outstanding game this morning as #34 ranked Slovakia defeats #5 ranked Italy 3-2 to advance to the round of 16 and send Italy home!!
