  See the above post before yours, Icon is no longer here, tho.  But that should work.  If you posted to them the same way that you posted your problem in multiple threads, that might be why they haven't gotten back to you.  Plus you don't really state how you are attempting to buy credits.

  Most of the time you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click on the

  CHANGE BILLING INFORMATION tab in blue.

  That brings up another window where you have to select your Country then it is easy from then on.
