Asset timed out after 30 seconds: assets/sprites/avatars/shadow/ShadowMale180.swfRetry load?
Its been ok all day then this, i can except a invite, then it keep timing out loads about 90%, then gets stuck

Then clear out both caches (and upgrade to Flash10 if you haven't already.)

Clearing the browser cache and the Flash cache typically removes this issue.
