Try opening you available networks. Disconnect your Home & click on provider's wi-fi listed among all nearby. Works for me.

Like I said earlier I had that problem and simply restarted my PC and it worked perfectly, Just wondering why so many have the problem that wont go away when simply restarting my PC fixed my problem,
My pc worked fine but I play mostly on my iPad.. still not working there at 7:50 pm EST
