WHY SOME FROM CC's BRING QUESTIONs TO THE FORUMs

  Not to mention the nay sayers , bullies , flame baiters , disrupters , disgruntled , discrediters , etc . All of which we could do without . Nonetheless they are here

  I was wondering been away from game for a few years now , new to this platform , i just joined a CC and I am understanding that putter pal and shot pal should be available to me , but for some reason they are not. Is there a time frame before it kicks in when you join a CC. Not very computer savy so i am lost as too why i am unable to get it . Grrrrrrrrrr

  You may have both the Shot Pal and Putter Pal turned off.

  On main screen, go to settings:

  

  Check to see if the "pals" are on (1). If not, turn on and save and close (2)

  

  EDIT: Before someone else suggest it, I did check the club level and both the pals should be available.

  EDIT: Nevermind... HP beat me to it and with illustrations... Well done.

   

  Check your Game Settings by clicking the Gear Icon.

  Make sure your "pals" are Turned ON.

  
  

  If they are turned ON, turn them both off, Save and Exit, return and turn them both back on.

  Sometimes this process helps.
