I've had a Ping G410 Plus 10.5 for a while with a distance of 281 yards, but suddenly this week the distance is down to 270 yards.
Why?? Anyone had the same distance change or know a reason why this should happen?
You must have changed your cap, forgetting the driver distance of your old one. If you restore it, you should be back to 281 yards again!
The default distance for your driver is 270 yards. Apparel can boost equipment attributes so I guess this is what previously enhanced your driver, you are now seeing a not apparel boosted performance.

Thanks, but it's not just the meter. In Apparel, Clubs, it's now showing 270 where it used to be 281, and performance is definitely at 270.
Thanks, Scott. I don't recall changing any apparel, but it's a possibility as I pop in there occasionally to see what can be improved.

And sometimes the meter does not show the Apparel Boost even though it is there and on.
