  Hard to know that for sure - the complaints may simply differ.

  Am still waiting for a response to a recent report on a leaderboard issue where it is clearly not showing the information correctly - provided images as well - and that is something you would think would be important to address or atleast be acknowledged. 

  Have yet to hear anything.

  Lost a lot of players when flash ended and the cartoon network took over.. congrats!

  That may be true. But it's also true they don't know computers. Computer literacy in the younger generation (in this case, college students) is shockingly low.

  Couple of things in reply to these comments.

  It's very easy for people of my generation and older ( I'm 58) , to say they're too old for computer related things and that takes away the desire for them to use a few brain cells and attempt to learn new things .

  Secondly , the increased usage of smartphones with the younger generation has to have an impact on how often and consequently how adept they are at using a traditional computer .  An interesting article  from a few years back regarding this whole issue , in particular the first reply >>>

  did the spread of smartphones increase or decrease general computer literacy
