    Hi,

I accidentally deposited 5000 credits rather than 500. I requested a refund through email but have had no response.

Can players get refunds or cash out? It makes no sense for the players that have won $17000+ etc to continue playing if they can't cash out their winnings.

    Thanks.

I made the same mistake a few minutes ago. I meant to pay $1.00 and paid $100.00. If you hear anything please let me know. I did however notice they say no refunds so im not very optimistic

They have made exceptions in the past for obvious errors, and surely will do the same for you if warranted. They do prefer E-mail communication for these types of issues, though.

i put in $50 instead of $5 but it seems to me its all too easy to make a silly mistake.hey sh*t happens!would be fanciful if WGT were to leave a gap to make sure that people who wernt on this planet could see that they arent throwing there good money after bad!see thread about pay per play golf

Of course its cashing out.  You do realize the players that have done so aren't depositing their own $1650,  and then cashing out for a $250 card.   RIGHT?  You do realize that these credits are earned and essentially that $250 card is free, minus the hundreds of hours spent playing this game.

OK, maybe a little high in cost, but still free for the lucky few that get there.

    Cheers,

Yeah you're right bogey. I guess not many, if any of the top players put money on these days. I make enough to keep me in balls but if it was my own $2.50 for a sleeve of callaways then i'd be thinking a bit more about what i spent.

Oh well i'll keep battling on for my real life set of r9's
