I agree with Paul on this ^^^. I have said before that I am duly impressed by the continual level of participation these clubs elicit from their members. Our CC sets tournaments and getting people to participate is the biggest challenge...hands down.

You'll just have to wait till I get home from work where I can explain I don't have time at work and I'm on my phone it'll be another 5 hours yet. And I will be happy to explain.
As a matter fact I've got all kinds of stuff written on the my position on all of those issues I've never been at a loss 4 words or explanations sometimes I don't bother wasting my time with my explanations to those of you in the main forms but believe me I've got plenty to say about it.
