If you are lipping out and missing by 1-3 ft. then you are hitting too hard . The faster the green the softer the putt . Read your putts according to what the marker shows you . The division is throwing you off use simple math add if its uphill subtract if its down hill . Keep it simple . On tourney greens 15ft.scale1 avatar movement=8ft . This is where using the avatar movements comes in handy because you can get a more precise gauge on how much power to hit your putts .
If putting uphill or on the side of a slope then you will need to add a little more power when putting . But for the most part play your putts just like a regular shot . Use the same distance calculations as a regular shot . My application to the game doesnt change when Im playing .The only difference in my shot making is based only on the club that Im using . I play my putts the same way I would play a shot in a cross wind . I read the break like a cross wind and just learn to make the adjustments playing off the ding .
L-R maybe move the marker a little left and ding early . R-L same thing move the marker a little right according to the break and ding a little late . This is how I putt all day and every day and for me it works . The avatar movements with the putter pal helps you to learn your power distance . So give it a try and see if it helps its the simple approach .
