Fake average, as far as I see it. Take me for example, WGT 61.52 and you have seen my scores posted in the CC lately lol.
Since I have hit average saturation, my bad score no longer hurt my average any. So I carry around this 61.XX average, but my skill level as of late it much, much MUCH higher than that lol.
Thus, I have a fake average.
2nd--Then there are those who promote to the next tier, then only post low scores to keep the low average, or they only play match play and or alt-shot or the par 3/par 5 courses for stroke play just to keep their average low. (this part was directed towards nobody) :)
