I found it, I uninstalled the game and downloaded again. There was a patch update, and now it doesn't look at all like the old page, it's within the new format. I clicked my profile and then "My Country Club", there I created an event with all options. I call it the new format, just saying it looks nothing like what you showed me or was used to seeing.
