I had no problems accessing my account info, including the change functions. About the only thing I can think of is that since all of that is flash based and flash is in the process of going away completely, it's possible you don't have flash enabled on your browser.
Of course this doesn't apply if you are doing this through a mobile device. I have no experience with that.
