Custom courses don't affect average. CC tournaments from the easy tees are not necessarily custom courses.

I thought TLs, Champions, and TCs all played on Championship 13 greens.

Sam some champion tourneys have 14 green speed, so i am wondering if some TC tourneys have 15.

I've noticed some of WGT's weekly and monthly tournaments have 14 green speed as well, for TL tier.
