An average of 100 should do it.

Ranked and completed stroke play rounds will lower your rating and get you to the next tier. C-T-T-H play will not affect your rating.

This also means....that even if you are playing a poor game.....DO NOT QUIT !!! :)
Not sure if this helps... I had only 1 ranked round when I tiered up, it was a round of around the high 70s.
