Please help.
I seem to be suffering from the following symptoms and would like a medical opinion.
Uncontrollable twitching of the right index finger. This often leads to uncontrollable burst of foul and abusive language. This is then followed by an all consuming desire to destroy IT equipment around. Thoughts of a large sledge hammer also start to enter my head.
There are also no bells ringing in my ears.
Also when playing at home there is a constant drone in the back ground, try to ignore it but always seems to be there.
If you can help please reply with a cure or provide the details fo someone who can help.
