Pro is definately 15 ranked rounds

As far as levels go.. the way you gain XP is by literally playing any type of game mode. All game modes reward some sort of XP as long as you finish the round. Lvl's in no way effect how fast you rank in tier however and only dictate what items in the pro shop get unlocked.
