    I have sent 6 or 7 e-mails in the last 6 wks. to wgt. Always get the "WGT will reply within 24 hours." I have yet to get any reply to any of my E-mails. I am beginning to have my doubts about WGT.

    try registering a complaint about a player

    Well, after 5 days I received a mail telling the balls were placed in my bag. Thanks WGT.

    What is the criteria for getting this email. I aint received one yet.

    I`m on yahoo and get all CC forum reports etc. So I know WGT has my email address.

    I have been informed that all of you who received the email have your balls now. 

    As for those who do not get our emails, please make sure they are not in your spam filter and also add members@wgt.com to your email address book to increase your chances for receiving our emails.

    I didnt get an email or balls... Im  0 for 2.

    I also received the email about signing in and getting 3 free Cally balls. Still nothing.
