game doesn't load

  start game and the play button comes ups normal.  when i push play all i get is a white minimize box.  any suggestions appreciated.

  If you are using Windows, try a reset.

  Hello Scott,

  I'm running W 11 and I'm trying to get WGT loader to work properly.

  I tried your "Reset", went through the various OK steps. It changed the Registry (pretty drastic step ..), but it still does not work.

  Any tips?

  Hey Scott,

  WGT loader starts, a smaller window opens, initially there was a table to select graphic settings xxxx x xxxx window size etc.

  When I try to approach the WGT window the mouse disappears. Nothing in the window responds to mouse clicks or cursor movements.

  The mouse moves around the window fine, as usual.

  I've tried changing the setting of the properties and also setting the Compatibility to Win 8 and Win 7 .. nothing seems to work.

  I'm no longer an IT nerd, but I'm still pretty savvy .. and I'm flummoxed.

  I think this is something that has surfaced recently Bugs, I've read a few other posts about it but I don't think WGT has responded as yet.

  Have you tried reinstalling the game?

  Wonder upon wonder .. it started working this evening (Irish time). No idea why, no settings were changed.

  He's a happy bunny now ..

  Thanks Scott .. anyway. But maybe WGT had been working behind the scenes?

  It's another mystery ..
