Where I can see all courses mini maps?

Nico - are we ever going to get the two missing mini-maps on Pebble Beach (holes #1 and #8) on the right hand side of the screen? I see no reason why they shouldn't be there already, and the change to put them there can't be a big task. But please, please, PLEASE, tell the developers to not break anything else if they ever get around to fixing this!
Soon all mini maps will be missing just like Kiawah.
