Players Quitting!!

HamdenPro:If there is not an option to concede, in the
coin rooms, or matches, there should be. If there is no way a player
can win, rather than draw out the contest, and waste time (if playing
for cases) or ball hits, a player should be able to concede, as opposed
to a forfeit, and run the risk of being labeled in the forum, or
elsewhere, as a quitter when, in fact, he/she was actually being
considerate of their opponent.
SamSpayed: Agreed. If they just called it "CONCEDE MATCH"
instead of "forfeit", and changed the splash text to say "< player name > has conceded the match", I think it would be a lot more palatable to most players.
Because of the fact that there is not a distinction between the various game ending/exiting choices . And the fact that there are so many different forced exits . And that players with quick trigger ( who I think are the majority ) to quit don't give a rats ass what it is called . Rather than the few that do care and don't want to screw up the program or the opponents given win .( primarily in coins ) . It was hard enough to convince Flash players to use the " FORFEIT " button . Which maybe should have been called " CONCEDE " . But it wasn't . It is the same thing anyway . Nobody cares if someone judges them as a quitter in the forums or anywhere . Everyone knows the game is erred .
I already know they are working to solve all that . I can't even begin to imagine the amount of mail they receive daily , hourly , per minute about these issues .
pase4win: They have had over a year to make minor fixes or improvements and NOTHING!!
We have been playing PCEA for over 2 years . 2019 . Before that they were trying to bring the Mobile / same ( spelled correctly ) program up to Flash standards for 8 years .
It's not about the money ( keeping this program as is ) . If it were this all would be fixed . With 100 times more happy customers ( because fixing it would guarantee they make bank ) . They took a big hit with this transition . You can bet on that . So no they are not milking this disappointing program . They so want to improve it . IMSO .
What I started out trying to say . Is it is much more than just " FORFEIT " or " CONCEDE " . Added is all the errors and forced forfeits . And the fault is not in the wording . But in the program .
