  I just finsihed round but the other guy disconnected and he was betting me , do I post loss?

  If you were playing a wgtls ladder match, your question belongs on that site, not this one.

  WGT does not run, and is not associated with, these ladder matches.   They are a 3rd party site that only uses this golf site for it's applications.

  The short answer is  the loser always posts the loss.  Snaike is correct in that you have to do it on the WGT Ladder System website which is where the ladder games records are kept.
