Correction YJ 256 is the cursed number . This guy has barely over 200 and having to endure these bugs nonetheless .
There are guys ive been meeting with 30 , or 50 , or 70 , or 114 that are having these problems .
Inviting for matches with this problem of the invites ruined both our Saturday and Sunday tournaments through "challonge " this weekend . No one could see the invites . . Yes everyone was careful to patiently wait and wait in the lobby for the invite . Eventually switching positions . Then refreshing at some point ( which did work in one instance ) Manually typing the invisible friend in for the invites just makes it even more frustrating .
IMO there is much more than the 256 cursed number happening here . If that number is still actually a real road block . It needs to be modified and increased ten fold . The 1000's of us with double that number 400 , 500 , 600 , are never going to part with our friend list . That maximum number is unrealistic and cannot be practically maintained . IE : If a large club member had 1 friend for every club member friend that is 500 right there and likely plans on friending many more being that meeting extremley interesting people and wanting to reaquaint is now becoming one of the welcome and popular features helping people justify all the other crap we are enduring in seemingly more and more neglected issues and glitches .
The 256 cap is rapidly growing into the root cause itself . I have been battling it for 3 years . I will never give in and neither will thousands of others .
Idc what other sites do . I do know that friends in the tens of thousands is not uncommon and evidently necessary .
I'm just saying . INCREASE THE LIMIT AND THE INVISIBLE FRIEND WILL APPEAR . WHO KNOWS MAYBE SOLVE ALL THE TRICKLE DOWN GLITCHES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH IT .
