Up until yesterday, my friend and I have been playing multi-player rounds with no problems. Starting this morning, I see his name in bold letters indicating that he is on line; however, my name on his screen is greyed out indicating I am offline. We have tried everything we can think of to correct this, including removing as friend and adding friends, but to no avail. Any ideas why this is happening? As I am typing this, I know he has shut down his browser, but I see his name is still bold. Why wouldn't it go grey when he closed his browser?
