Stroke Play and blacked out courses!

  does all the golf course's in this game get unlocked for stroke play as you lvl up, or get a higher tier or is that it in terms of courses for stroke play.  Bali hai, Edgewood, pinehurst, celtic and wolf are all blacked out for stroke play how do i unlock them if i can?

  You can not unlock them they are only for blitz or ctth play

  Believe it takes 10000 pics to make a hole and they either havent or have not got permission to do the rest of these courses
