Why are half or more of my friends not showing up as freinds in the status box.
Then when i click on a friend off my list, it says ( add as friend)
then on there friends list i'm there?
What's going on here??????????

Not really BUT if you have more than 255 on your list you will see what you do, mostly with the ones added after 255. It's been a snag in the friends list from Day 1.
The OP only has 233 on his list so that sounds more like a cache or browser issue. IIRC, the fix was to log out and back in or try another browser.
And why 255?
Because 8 binary bits can only code the numbers 0 - 255.
