  the last 2 times i have advanced, it says i unlocked clubs, but they never show up in my bag.....how do i get them?

  Hi Tina,

  When you move up in tier, new available is unlocked in the Pro Shop: http://wgt.com/proshop/

  Once you click on the type of equipment you are interested in (Clubs > Drivers for example) you can filter your search by what's available to you, or what you don't currently own, and then compare individual items.

  What he means is that you don't earn them, you earn the right to buy them. It isn't made very clear to newbies as this question comes up quite a lot. Best advice is to progress with the starter clubs as far as you can before investing, some make it to Tour Master.
