Best of ... Actual Course and Hole Mapping

  Does anyone have the actual course name and hole location for the following "Best of" courses ...

  Famous Holes

  Par 3's

  Par 5's

  Water Holes

   

  As some of you already know, I've written a notes program that I'm sharing with several members.  I received a suggestion to create a note entry for the actual course and hole as well as the note already being created for the 'Best of' course.  It sounds like a great idea and I'd like to include that change with my next upgrade, but I need to get the actual course name and hole location.

  I've already received the full 18 on Best of Hardest Holes.  If anyone out there knows, could you please share?

  Here's the Famous hole nos. Pin positions are "standard" AFAIK, no second pins will appear.

  Best of Water holes is a CTTH course, isn't it? Would any extensive notes be of special interest?

  Not for me ... I think I've played it once since joining WGT.  Might be others who would like to map out / note each approach, however.
