Hi Mike, in Facebook, you will need to go to Setting > Application Settings, find the World Golf Tour application, and click Edit Settings. Go to the Additional Permissions tab, and uncheck Publish to Streams. Hope that helps.
On my Facebook/Settings/Notifications screen, I found WGT down at the bottom of Other Applications. It was not enabled, there was no check mark in the box, and, I saw no options for editing or making changes.
