    That right there that was  posted should get them ickedk back off of being a junior moderator.

    Never actually considered for the program. We just lure them in with false promises and then incorporate them into the program as practice dummies.

    Hence, the Trainees Trainee.

    Simply referring to the lack of promotion opportunities with life time appointments...

    Greetings folks, You may remember that we recently opened applications for new junior moderators. We have now taken the time to go through each application in detail. We can now share with you the unprecedented outcome that we will not be appointing anyone for the mod team .We did not feel that any of the applicants would be suitable at this time and would like to offer you some genaral feedback . There will eventually be another opportunity to apply, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for that. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have .
