I rather use the "benefits" spectacles and see that L7 looks like a worthy basic achievement (*) while L11 gives the last significant benefit (max 250 members)
for a long time coming (44 M XPs to L19).
(*) 150 members, 3 directors, 12+12 tournaments, free Shot & Putting Pals
Then, it becomes thin on benefits. Remarkable levels are
L14, no benefits at all,
L19, free monthly Course Builders @1.875 cr (that's something!)
L21+, no more extra benefits at all.
So, why aspire so much?
Talking about my CC, for five years now, I have disencouraged my members to buy
CC passes and told them "We don't need CC XPs", and we've grown to L19 still.
