    Can anyody please explain why is says in FAQ that a bad score in a round stroke play will not effect the AVG score while when I play a round 0f +2or +3 my AVG goes up?

    You just switched tiers. When you do that your average resets.

    This means that your first round in the new tier will be your new average.

    So for you your first round as a Pro was a 37 and your second was a 39.

    Nine hole scores are doubled for average purposes so it goes like this.

    37 X 2 = 74   39 X 2 = 78

    74 + 78 = 152

    152 /2 = 76

    Your average right now is 76.

    As you play more rounds in the Pro tier your better scores will start bumping out your bad scores thus reducing that number.
