Re: lost internet connection

  within the last week , i keep losing my internet connection.  it happens at different times and it really sucks.  it just happened again. i'm using firefox and this is the only site that it happens to.  fyi , i tested my internet speed and i'm running at 25 mbs.  any thoughts?

  Same here. 20-30 times per round. Started using IE7, and it is okay. Must be something  that changed in Firefox.

   When i open my browser there is no play now button or friends list what is up?

  The older browser version you use, the more chances you will experience subpar results. We try to support current version of browsers, in your case IE8 and soon moving on to IE9

  You likely need to have flash reinstall

  Here is how:

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
