I was under the impression that if a member invited a friend and they signed up that we would get 200 credits, and they would receive some balls, I did not get the credits as promised

You have to read it more carefully. It says if you invite an friend and they sign up then YOU get 3 Balls. If the person you got to sign up then purcashes $10 worh of credits thats how YOU get 200 credits.
Damn fine print ! Banner clearly states by inviting the friend you will receive 200 credits, but fine prints say if they spent $10.00

actually it's not fine print you just need to read the entire thing.

They ALSO say...very CLEARLY, that it may take 1-3 days for the balls to be added to your account.
Nothing misleading here...perhaps have your parents go over things for you next time.
