Format of each tie (all 9 holes, all played until a winner):
Each team selects 2 players to play in the opening singles.
Match 1: Team A Player 1 v Team B Player 1
Match 2: Team A Player 2 v Team B Player 2
Each team selects 2 players to play in the fourball. The player who did not play in the first singles games must play in the fourball. For example:
Match 3: Team A Players 2 and 3 v Team B Players 2 and 3
The final two singles matches will be played by the player who played singles but not the fourball and the player who played fourball but not singles. For example:
Match 4: Team A Player 1 v Team B Player 3
Match 5: Team A Player 3 v Team B Player 1
