  Hi everyone

  We have pushed a hotfix live on the servers. Please make sure you close/restart the game & clear browser cache for the change to take effect.

  Tried it.  Three unexpected internet connection errors later on the first tee, and so free pass gone I will try again in 11 hours or so to get the CCs daily XP as usual :).............

  No other site is ever an issue, but then this is the only game I play so not sure that if that is a fair comparison or not.

  Lots of lost connections for me too, but at least my round is still going.

  The putt view dots and the chip view dots now seem to be moving at the same speed, which is good. But both are now way too slow. I just had an 8 foot putt across the length of the 5th at Merion (massive slope). It required a grid of break (which I got right from memory), yet the dots were hardly moving. Before that I missed two easy short putts low because the dots were hardly moving, which is why I am ignoring them from the 5th onwards.

  restarted browser and cleared both caches.

  The dots do appear slower, compared to earlier, almost slo-motion.  Likely an optical trick from seeing faster dots.  My putting still sucks.

  No other problems found.

  "A hotfix is a change made to the game deemed critical enough that it cannot be held off until a regular content patch. Hotfixes require only a server-side change with no download and can be implemented with no downtime, or a short restart of the realms."

  Don't think I am missing much whilst they shunt this one around.  Wish they would just shut the place down for 24 hours and fix it all properly - if they can.
