  Hey everyone, 

  We will have downtime tonight starting at 10pm PT. 

  Expected downtime is 3 hours.

  My meter has been smooth as silk for quite a long while and since the downtime for maintenance my meter is stuttering on every shot.  It is nearly impossible to play.

  Looks like the same old story.  Try to fix something at WGT and break something else as basic as this to playing the game.

  Odd, my meter seemed unusually smooth today. It varies and I didn't attribute it to anything particular, but seeing your comment made me think. Maybe something has changed, but it might be good for everyone. Who knows!

  Here are the patch notes for this month's update!

  
  

  All of these will be reflected in game on the client update (when you have the option to update your game). 

  New Country Club UI

  New Design

  Brings back ability to browse clubs

  Events now has it's own tab

  Benefits is now a button on the CC home page

  Leaderboards is gone for now, will return

  Banners! 

  Client has banners for the first time

  Web banners have changed to match

  More changes and additions coming soon

  Club browse, Search, and Autojoin

  Club browse and search has been updated with new look

  Players without clubs can use CHOOSE FOR ME to instantly be joined to an active club

  CHOOSE FOR ME, or autojoin is opted in by using using the "join without request" recruitment option

  club members and owner must also be active to be be joined by players using autojoin

  Showdown Royale

  A new type of Showdown inside the classic Showdown structure.

  In each round the leaderboard gets smaller

  The first round has a 20-person leaderboard

  Second round has a 10-person leaderboard

  Final round has a 5 person leaderboard

  This creates the highest intensity challenge and the best odds of winning the first place prize

  There is only one level of Showdown Royale

  Entry fee is 50 credits (At least for this first one, so please give feedback)

  Bug Fixes

  Fixed an issue in the Clash page that filled in with stats with incorrect syntax for placement (13rd place)

  Fixed a visual issue where the hightop shoe model clipped through pants

  Fixed an issue causing the Showdown banner to overlap course iconography on the scorecard

  Fixed an issue preventing players from being able to continue tiered tournaments after being promoted to the next tier

  Shark Tooth backwards hat

  New model of hat to WGT

  So now I have to pay 50 credits to compete against champions/tour champions/tour legends? I think not. That format clearly favors the more consistent tiers. Ive managed to have several top 10 finishes in the final round but assure you Ive never shot lights out for all three rounds.

  Possibly, I was thinking it favored the sandbaggers more.

  I feel sorry for those in the Rookie division this showdown.

  This is one I will skip.

  For the record, Nico is on vacation, this one is all Champ! Backwards hat is probably his brainchild as well. BRILLIANT, SIMPLY BRILLIANT!

  I didn't state it but yes was referring to rookie division.
