December Multi-Round says Green Speed = Standard?

  The December Multi Round says 'Standard'!

  Can someone please tell me what this really means before I play it?

  Does this correlate to the middle speed now, "Fast"?

  Thanks man. Don't know why they have to make it so confusing since there's no 'Standard' in practice mode.
