Match Play Challenge

  Started a game with someone, while loading appears they dis-connected or got dis-connected. It shows me still loading ? If I forfeit the match will I end up losing credits ?

  Hi durtaholic, if this happens, try closing the window and re-entering the lobby to reconnect (you have 5 mins). Don't select the forfeit option. We will follow up with you via email to get more details. Thanks

  Hi WGTalex, myself and realtease were on the second hole of a match challenge game when the game went to grey mode and subsequently, realtease was disconnected.  She was unable to greboot and log back in in time to resume the game.  Accordinlgy, it does not seem fair for me to keep her 180 credits, nor does it seem fair that either one of us should have 20 credits taken from WGT in light of this unfortunate matter.  Can you please help us to make things right so we can try again to play our match.  Thank you Alex!
